摘要
库存管理是企业信息管理的重要环节，库存的合理性很大程度上反映了企业物流管理的质量。把库存量控制到最佳数量，用尽量少的人力、物力、财力管理好库存，获取最大的供给保障，是很多企业家、经济学家追求的目标，也是企业竞争生存的重要环节。
其中很重要的一个原因就是汽配汽修企业低水平的零件库存管理方法，没有合理的采购计划。绝大部分企业的经理，采购零件都是一场赌博，他无法预测他采购的零件量是多还是少。往往每次采购都会沉淀一部分呆滞的库存，日积月累，一个巨大的呆滞库存就悬挂有头顶上如同阴影挥之不去了。而本系统通过库存管理平台，企业可以与主要供应商建立最紧密的协作关系，将配件采购与销售过程有机地配合起来，形成一体化的业务信息传递和信息处理体系。对国际互联网和无线网络的应用更使解决方案如虎添翼，可大大降低采购成本，同时获取新的交易机会。
